Teddy Bears Picnic Class

10am – 4pm – £105 per person (maximum 6 places)

This class is for total beginners or anyone who has some experience of cake decorating.

The class covers preparing your cake and icing it for a smooth finish.

Instruction on Royal Icing and then turning your cake into a tree trunk complete with picnic and blanket. Decorating your cake with grass, climbing plants and flowers. Finally making the teddy bears. Depending your you experience you can make your cake as simple or as complicated as you wish. Class includes sponge cake, cake board, icing and a box to carry your cake home in.

You will also have full use of any tools, so no need to bring anything along, except an apron and a snack. As this class is for a maximum of 6 students there is plenty of time for one to one help so that you get the most out of your class. No experience is necessary to complete a fantastic cake to impress your friends and family. Refreshments supplied.

You should leave your class with 12 beautiful cupcakes to impress your friends and family

This class is for anyone who just loves cup cakes. No experience is necessary. Your class will include instruction on Royal Icing and Butter Cream and help with colouring your icing. Instruction on making 12 fab cup cakes to impress your friends and family. You can choose to make two of each design or come up with a design of your own. Classes are a maximum of 8 students so there is plenty of time for lots of one to one help. Cupcakes, Icing, Buttercream and a box to carry your cakes home are all provided, including the use of any tools. All you need to bring is an apron and a snack. Refreshments provided.

Halloween & Christmas Fun

Join me to make biscuits and cupcakes that will impress your friends and family. This class will include instruction on making biscuits, royal icing and decorating biscuits for Halloween and Christmas. These make ideal presents for your trick or treaters and beautiful table settings or gifts for Christmas. We will make Ghosts and Pumpkins for Halloween and Christmas Puddings and Gingerbread Men for Xmas.

We will also cover decorating cupcakes on the Christmas and Halloween theme. (designs to be confirmed). You will get full instruction on making butter cream so that you can go home and try it all out for yourself.

This class for absolute beginners to anyone who has some experience in decorating cakes. You will take home everything you have made including a box to carry your goodies in.

Everything in your class is provided including pre-made cupcakes and biscuits, icings, colourings and tools. All you need to do is bring an Apron. Refreshments supplied.

For example if you have a voucher for a one to one class and you would rather come to a group class you can transfer the voucher over. Any money unused will be issued in a further voucher towards another class. Please note that the class value is for tuition, use of tools and basic materials. For any one-to-one class you will need to supply icing and cake (depending on what you want to do in your class) the cost for this is normally £10-£15. Upon request I can supply everything and will charge you at cost which can be paid on the day of your class.
