Join me to make biscuits and cupcakes that will impress your friends and family.  This class will include instruction on making biscuits, royal icing and decorating biscuits for Halloween and Christmas.  These make ideal presents for your trick or treaters and beautiful table settings or gifts for Christmas.  We will make Ghosts and Pumpkins for Halloween and Christmas Puddings and Gingerbread Men for Xmas.  

We will also cover decorating cupcakes on the Christmas and Halloween theme. (designs to be confirmed).  You will get full instruction on making butter cream so that you can go home and try it all out for yourself.

This class for absolute beginners to anyone who has some experience in decorating cakes. You will take home everything you have made including a box to carry your goodies in.

Everything in your class is provided including pre-made cupcakes and biscuits, icings, colourings and tools.  All you need to do is bring an Apron.  Refreshments supplied.
