This class is for total beginners or anyone who has some experience of cake decorating.

The class covers preparing your cake and icing it for a smooth finish.

Instruction on Royal Icing and then turning your cake into a tree trunk complete with picnic and blanket. Decorating your cake with grass, climbing plants and flowers. Finally making the teddy bears. Depending your you experience you can make your cake as simple or as complicated as you wish. Class includes sponge cake, cake board, icing and a box to carry your cake home in.

You will also have full use of any tools, so no need to bring anything along, except an apron and a snack. As this class is for a maximum of 6 students there is plenty of time for one to one help so that you get the most out of your class. No experience is necessary to complete a fantastic cake to impress your friends and family. Refreshments supplied.
